I've always saw this place and was glad to have them service our van recently. I like the fact that they use higher quality parts then my last shop and they pay attention to detail. We had brakes, calipers and rotors done and also a new battery. Was glad to see them use Interstate battery and they sprayed connections with anti-corrosive spray. Little details and extra care like this is appreciated!

It's only been a day since the repairs and according to my wife all the noises she heard are gone....so that's a good thing. I liked the hand holding they were willing to do to physically show me what needed to be replaced from the control arms to the struts and bushings. Nicely done!

I live in Fond du Lac and still drive up to Oshkosh to have my vehicle serviced at Auto Authority. Alex, Joel and the rest of the employees treat me with much respect, are honest and fair with prices. They always check over my entire vehicle and give me a heads up as to what other repairs may be coming up and how imminent they are. I would highly recommend this business.
